Iranian businessmen to get visa on arrival in Pakistan
Iranian businessmen can get a 30 day visa on arrival to Pakistan, according to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan’s interior ministry.
The FIA says that Iranian businessmen can obtain the visa with a minimal fee of US $ 30.
Pakistan is also giving such facility to 67 other countries but with a different fee structure.
The FIA says that on arrival visa is being issued to businessmen from Pakistan’s business friendly countries.
The businessmen will be required to produce letter of invitation from a business organization in Pakistan with recommendation letter from a Chamber of Commerce in Pakistan and recommendation letter from a Trade Association in Pakistan to obtain the visa.
They would also require a letter of recommendation from an Investment Counsellor or Commercial Attaché in Pakistan’s Mission abroad.
Iran and Pakistan have already agreed to take the volume of their bilateral trade to US $ 5 billion in coming years.
Pakistan has just eased its visa policy offering visas on arrival to visitors from 50 countries and electronic visas to 175 nationalities.
